2. User Roles and Responsibilities

a. Super Admin

The Super Admin is the authorised representative of Valmont Security. They hold ownership rights over the platform, control access, and oversee app operations.

b. Admin

The Admin is an organisation or individual who purchases a subscription to use the Valmont Security App to manage one or more sites. The Admin is responsible for:

  • Ensuring the accuracy of data entered into the app
  • Managing user access for their team
  • Complying with applicable laws and these Terms

c. Task Force (Guards/Personnel)

Task Force users are authorised employees or contractors assigned to security duties. They must:

  • Use the app solely for work-related purposes
  • Accurately record attendance, shift timings, and incident reports
  • Maintain confidentiality of all client and operational data

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the website or app for unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful purposes
  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any system or data
  • Upload malicious files, code, or attempt to disrupt the platform
  • Share login credentials with unauthorised persons

Violation of this section may result in suspension or termination of your account and potential legal action.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

For Admin users:

  • Subscriptions are billed as per the selected plan.
  • Payments must be made in full before access is granted.
  • Refunds are only applicable under circumstances outlined in our Refund Policy (see Section 10).
  • Valmont Security reserves the right to update subscription pricing with prior notice.

5. Data Privacy and Security

Your privacy is important to us. All personal and operational data collected through the Valmont Security website and app are processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and UK GDPR.

We employ reasonable administrative, physical, and technical safeguards to protect your data. However, no system is entirely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute protection against unauthorised access.

Our total liability shall not exceed the total subscription amount paid by the Admin in the 12 months preceding the incident.

  • These Terms are breached
  • Illegal or unethical behaviour is detected
  • Required by law or regulatory authorities

10. Refund Policy

Refunds may be granted only if:

  • The service was not delivered as promised, or
  • A technical issue prevented usage despite reasonable attempts to resolve it.

Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of payment.

11. Third-Party Links

Our website or app may include links to third-party websites. Valmont Security is not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of such external sites.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
