The Valmont Security App may collect location data only when the task force member is on active duty and has checked in via the app. This helps verify on-site presence and ensure safety compliance.
Location tracking is disabled automatically outside active shift hours. If and only if the admin requests to track the location before or after the shift, we shall request the task force to give access to their location, and details will be fetched.
Users can adjust location permissions anytime via device settings.
6. Data Sharing and Disclosure
We may share data with:
- Authorised Admins and Super Admins — for legitimate operational purposes
- Service Providers — for hosting, cloud storage, analytics, and payment processing (bound by confidentiality agreements)
- Law Enforcement or Regulatory Bodies — where required by law
